Here’s how it works

Since 1998, we have developed and refined a large ‘toolbox’ of Best Practice coaching and mentoring processes to draw upon in our meetings with client executives. 

  • It starts with a briefing from the company and a chemistry meeting between the coach and client.
  • Intensive 360° feedback interviewing, a prioritised action plan and background review provide a solid foundation for all that follows.
  • In regular one-one meetings, the coach and the client study practical ways to implement the action plan in real-life business settings and review the outcomes in the next meeting.
  • Between regular meetings, the client can consult the coach on urgent issues.
  • A client often brings complex business and leadership topics to the meetings. Our ‘experience-based’ coach is well-equipped to put the agenda aside and quickly understand, filter and clarify the essentials for discussion with the client. Options or solutions emerge from debate for the executive to try back in the business.
  • Interim and final feedback interviews measure progress and prove the ultimate success of the programme.
  • A final action plan for  sustainable learning, independently of the coach, completes the mandate.
