Here’s how it works

Since 1998, we have developed and refined a large ‘toolbox’ of Best Practice coaching and mentoring processes to draw upon in our meetings with client executives and Non-Executive Directors.

Our Leadership Feedback Report, Prioritised Action Plan and Background Review provide a solid foundation for all that follows:

  • In regular one-one meetings, the coach and the client study practical ways to implement the Action Plan in real-life business settings.
  • A client often brings complex business and leadership topics to the meetings. Our ‘experience-based’ coach is well-equipped to quickly understand, filter and clarify the essentials for discussion with the client. Options or solutions emerge from debate for the executive to try back in the business.
  • Interim and final feedback interviews measure progress and prove the ultimate success of the programme.
  • A final plan to sustain learning completes the mandate.

Our Career Transition Programmes work in the same way. In these, we focus especially on self-assessment, building key networks, creating effective marketing programmes and securing the best possible next moves.
