Executive Coaching & Mentoring

We’re known as the CEO’s ‘secret weapon’. Sometimes our coaching lies behind the headlines of the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal and other serious business publications.

We keep your CFO happy too… payback is as fast as it takes to make just one better decision. With ROI on our coaching routinely in ‘000%, we might be your best investment ever !

The I.J. Martin & Co Way is unique… a close-knit team with two centuries of coaching experience between us, business professionals with superior ‘people’ skills, in strategic locations in three continents and working together to support you around the clock.

Our coaches give senior executives objective leadership guidance, ease the transition from managing to direction and help younger ‘high-flyers’ gain business knowledge, faster.

Our clients benefit from:

  • Meetings fixed around your diary, not ours
  • Ad hoc access to the coach for urgent matters
  • 24/7 support from the I.J. Martin & Co global team

Here’s how it works

Since 1998, we have developed and refined a large ‘toolbox’ of Best Practice coaching and mentoring processes to draw upon in our meetings with client executives.

Our Leadership Feedback Report, Prioritised Action Plan and Background Review provide ‘firm foundations’ for all that follows…

  • In regular one-one meetings, the coach and the client study practical ways to implement the Action Plan in real-life business settings.
  • A client often brings complex business and leadership topics to the meetings. Our ‘experience-based’ coach is well-equipped to quickly understand, filter and clarify the essentials for discussion with the client. Options or solutions emerge from debate for the executive to try back in the business.
  • Interim and final feedback interviews measure progress and prove the ultimate success of the programme.
  • A final plan to sustain learning completes the mandate.
We subscribe to the codes of ethics of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Both bodies exist to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching around the world.
